Shipping Info

All printing and shipping is handled by a local Melbourne based sustainable print studio. They operate 4 days per week in order to give their staff a better work life balance, so shipping may take a little longer ⏤ we are grateful for your understanding and patience!

All prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or crumble proof packaging to ensure safe/damage free delivery.

  • Australia & NZ: Around 14 Business Days

  • Rest of the World: Up to 3 weeks

You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order has been dispatched.

Damages

Damages in transit are very unlikely, but in the rare occasion that there is a problem with your print, be sure to send an email to hello@katenewman.com within 3 days of delivery with an image of the package + your order number, and I'll organize a replacement for you asap (free of charge, of course).

COVID-19

Delays are unfortunately to be expected during the global pandemic. If you have not received your tracking number or your order has not arrived, please contact hello@katenewman.com and I will try my best to get it to you as soon as possible. You are always guaranteed your print, no ifs or buts.

Frequently Asked Q’s

  • Can I cancel or modify my order?

    Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • Can I return or exchange my print?

    Straight returns are unfortunately unavailable, but if you would like to exchange your print for another of equal value, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will need to cover the shipping charge but the rest will be handled by us.

  • Can I order a print in a different size than what is offered?

    Absolutely! If you would like a custom size, be sure to get in touch and I'll see what I can do.

  • Can I order a custom image?

    Yes of course! If you would like an image printed that isn't available here, send me an email and I'll be sure to organise it for you. You can see more of my work in my portfolio or on my Instagram page.

  • What Payment Methods do you Accept?

    Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and store gift cards. Only one credit card may be applied per order and your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are using an issued gift card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed.

    Paypal and Stripe are both fully encrypted services, so do rest assured that your details are safe and secure.
