A Hanging Kiss

from A$80.00

Story:
Grey-headed flying foxes are a keystone species of megabat that can travel up to 50km in a single night, pollinating and dispersing seeds to keep our forests healthy. They are one of the most important species to grace our night skies, so photographing this portrait of a mother and baby at our local colony was incredibly special. Due to visiting in the middle of the day, the lighting was very tricky to work with, but I’m just so thankful to have frozen this special moment in time. I hope it can be a reminder to give more love to this misunderstood species.
